Shipping and Return information for Q Junior Collection Furnitures
SHIPPING
All Q Collection Junior furniture is shipped via a freight carrier and delivered directly to your home. Please note this option is curbside delivery and does not include in-home delivery (does not move the piece into the house).
The Stella Stackables are shipped via Fed Ex.
Title and risk of loss passes to Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Inspection Upon Delivery & Claims
1. Please make sure to sign for your order only if shipment arrives in good condition. If the package is compromised or damaged in any way do not accept delivery. If you do accept delivery, and damage to the containers or merchandise is visible, Customer must insist that a notation be made on the bill of lading.
2. Customer should remove (and retain until inspection is complete) all wrapping and examine the shipment carefully upon receipt.
3. Naturally Trendy LLC is not responsible for damage suffered in transit or storage.
4. If goods have been received damaged it is imperative to your damage claim to retain the original packaging material.
5. All objections, rejections or claims for damage must be filed with the carrier and Naturally Trendy LLC within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Failure to do so will constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the products.
Naturally Trendy LLC shall not be responsible for any delay beyond Naturally Trendy LLC's control including, but not limited to, strikes, lockouts, or labor difficulties, acts of war or terrorism, failure or delay of sources to supply, transportation difficulties, accidents, fires, snow or force of majure.
RETURN POLICY
Defects of manufacturing may be returned for a period of one year from purchase date.
A handling and restocking fee of 35% is assessed for furniture returned and received by Q Collection Junior in saleable condition and/or orders cancelled after five days of receipt by Naturally Trendy LLC.
Please email us at info@naturallytrendy.com for return authorization code which must be included with all furniture returned to Q Collection Junior.
Customer is responsible for all freight, local delivery, insurance, packaging and crating charges.
