The Organic Cotton Diaper Cover is a wrap cover with velcro. It has two layers of fabric - organic cotton on the outside and polyester PUL on the inside. This cover keeps baby dry, but is breathable and still allows air circulation. The soft velcro makes for easy diaper changes and eliminates the use of pins.
