We usually ship by the next business day for in-stock items. Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These products can take 2-5 business days for order processing and additional 5-7 business days for shipping. We send our packages via USPS Priority, USPS First Class Mail, or Fed Ex.
You may receive more than one shipment for your order.
For international orders, we will email you the addtional (if there is an additional cost) shipping charge for your approval by the next business day. Please do contact us if you have not heard back from us, as our emails can end up in your SPAM file. Free shipping offer does not apply to international orders. You are responsible for all taxes and duties involved in your order shipment. Certain products (such as bumGenius) cannot be shipped international. We have the right to refuse international shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery for international shipments, as there are no tracking numbers. Yes, we do ship to Canada!
If you are missing a package, ask other members of the household (or your neighbors) to see if anyone else has received the package on your behalf. Often, this is the case for missing packages. We had a customer whose two-year-old hid the package inside a jar. You can also inform the delivery provider (USPS, UPS or Fed Ex) that your package is missing. They will open an investigation and locate your package. Your package could be sitting in a truck or at an office and can show up at your doorsteps in few days.
Naturally Trendy LLC is not responsible for packages with delivery confirmation numbers that declare the package as "Delivered" but the customer cannot find the package. We also cannot guarantee international delivery, as there is no tracking number with international packages.
If the delivery confirmation indicates that your package has not arrived at your house within 30 days of delivery, we are glad to send out another order out to you free of charge.
We are committed to customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your merchandise within 15 days from date of receipt for a refund (less shipping cost). If your order had free shipping applied, the actual shipping cost for us to ship your order will be deducted from the refund. All items must be returned in unused and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will be glad to refund the return shipping charge if the product is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
Same return policy applies to gift returns. If you are returning a gift, a gift voucher will be issued for the amount of the product (not the shipping cost).
RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS.
You must contact us at email@example.com before you send your returns. We will provide you with a proper return address. We need your order number to process your return.
For your protection, we recommend that returns utilize insurance or tracking services to prevent loss of shipment.
Defects of manufactuering may be returned for a period of one year from purchase date.
A handling and restocking fee of 35% is assessed for furniture returned and received in saleable condition and/or order cancelled after five days of receipt by Q Collection Junior.
Please be sure to sign for your order only if shipment arrives in good condition. If the package is compromised or damaged in anway, do not accept delivery. If you do accept delivery, and damage to the containers or merchanidise is visible, Customer must insist that a notation be made on the bill of lading.
Customer should remove (and retain until inspection is complete) all wrapping and examine the shipment carefully upon receipt.
Naturally Trendy LLC is not responsible for damage suffered in transit or storage.
If goods have been received damaged, it is imperative to your damage claim to retain the original packaging material.
All objections, rejections or claims for damage must be filed with the carrier and Naturally Trendy LLC within 24 hours of receipt of good. Failure to do so will constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the products.

Customer is responsible for all freight, local delivery, insurance, packaging and crating charges.
Free Gift Message
You can enter your personal gift message at checkout.
Whenever possible, we reuse boxes and packing materials that are in good condition. During holidays, we reuse wrapping paper as packing material. We never buy styrofoam peanuts. If you see styrofoam peanuts the box, they are being reused.
During the checkout process, be sure to enter the gift certificate number in the Gift Voucher section. Gift Certificate is for one time use. If your total is less than the valued amount indicated on your gift certificate, you will lose the remaining amount. Gift certificate will be valid for five years from the date of purchase.
Change In Your Order
You may cancel or change your order before your merchandise is shipped. We may ship on the same day as your order. So, please e-mail us (email@example.com) as soon as possible. Some orders are processed as soon as it is submitted. Cancellation and change in order may not be allowed for certain products.
