We have one of the best shipping rates. All orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate of $4.75. We offer free shipping for orders over $100.
We try to ship as soon as we receive the order, always by the next business day. Drop ship products can take 2-10 day for order processing and additional 5-7 days for shipping. Some of our organic baby clothes, beddings, and furnitures are drop-ship items. Our organic mattress can take 4-6 weeks of delivery.
You may recieve more than one shipment for your order.
We do ship internationally. The shipping charge will be e-mailed to you for your approval within 48 hours after your order is submitted. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. We reserve the right to deny orders for international shipments.
We are committed to customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your merchandise within 30 days from date of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in new condition with orginal tags and packaging. We will be glad to refund the return shipping charge if the product is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
Furniture Returns

A handling and restocking fee of 35% is assessed for furniture returned and received in saleable condition and/or order cancelled after seven days of receipt by Naturally Trendy LLC.

Please be sure to sign for your order only if shipment arrives in good condition. If the package is compromised or damaged in anway, do not accept delivery. If you do accept delivery, and damage to the containers or merchanidise is visible, Customer must insist that a notation be made on the bill of lading.

Customer should remove (and retain until inspection is complete) all wrapping and examine the shipment carefully upon receipt.

Naturally Trendy LLC is not responsible for damage suffered in transit or storage.

If goods have been received damaged, it is imperative to your damage claim to retain the original packaging material.

All objections, rejections or claims for damage must be filed with the carrier and Naturally Trendy LLC within 24 hours of receipt of good. Failure to do so will constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the products.
For your protection, we recommend that returns utilize insurance or tracking services to prevent loss of shipment.
We are happy to include a gift message for free. You may enter your personal gift message at checkout. We do not include the prices on the invoice for order sent as a gift.
Whenever possible, we reuse boxes and packing materials that are in good condition. During holidays, we reuse wrapping paper as packing material. We also try to purchase packing items made of recycled materials.
During the checkout process, be sure to enter the gift certificate number in the Gift Voucher section. Gift Certificate is for one time use. If your total is less than the valued amount indicated on your gift certificate, you will lose the remaining amount. Gift certificate will be valid for three years from the date of purchase.
You may cancel or change your order before shipped your merchandise shipped. We may ship on the same day as your order. So, please e-mail us as soon as possible.
We respect your privacy. Therefore, we do not sell, trade or rent your personal information or e-mail address.
We do not use third party company to process your gift registry. All the information on your gift registry will only be stored within our company to process your order.
